Why not sign up at TTM and use Tenso for instance?
I know a few guys that have purchased using this method

It'll also work out a bit cheaper than the $400 PC have advertised it at and you may also have a chance at getting one

I would like to try but have been a little concerned that I might not input the address details correctly. I haven't been able to find any guides on how to do it online.

Tenso has all the guide you need to set you up with them and with Takara Tomy Mall. You also need an ID which says takes
up to 2 days to verify...but tomorrow is the reservation day

Thanks, I'll check it out. The guy from TFW reckoned he set up the Tenso the day before and it was done in time. Will get onto it this is morning.

Just set up the Tenso account in 2 minutes. You can start shopping from the online stores before you've completed the ID and address verification because I've already been allocated a Japanese shipping address.

yeah just checked that Tenso will just not be able to send your goods until ID has been verified.

anyway, does TT mall charge postage to the Tenso address. if EVA Convoy is 27000 yen and based on Tenso fee for approx 2kg item (5020yen EMS) total definitely below PCs $400 mark atm unless there are other charges im not aware of.

I think is safer to estimate slightly higher.

I have a tenso account. It took a while to verify.

Technically you be only saving $10-25 if exchange rates are good and all vs buying from PC of course the difference is you guaranteed one

From what I've been able to gather from the TFW boards, shipping is free fron TakaraTomyMall once you spend a certain amount. No-one seems to know what that amount is, but it's fair to say that it would be free on an EVA given its cost.
