I know Telltale, and Double Fine for that matter, are both darlings of the industry but I really don't like much of what they make. Just not what I'm looking for in a game. Maybe if I found a way to run the original Psychonauts on a modern PC with modern controls I'd feel better about Double Fine. But nothing will make me like Telltale if they keep recycling their formula over and over with every game they make.
I have a list of all G1 characters that have been released in CHUG form. You can find it here. Please feel free to let me know if I got anything wrong so I can fix it.

I like some of the Telltale "games" calling them games is a stretch IMO, more like interactive stories, or extreme choose-your-own adventure

DOSBOX is great, used to use it alot.

Currently I'm kicking it back old school too. Recently bought Wizardry 6 7 and 8 from Good Old Games for just under $4. Loved playing 8 in my younger days. Still a whole lotta fun

Saw that PSN has a special on, so splurged 8.95 and got my hands on Just Cause 2. Only started messing about for half an hour and then died during the opening mission thing, and got respwned somewhere, I have no idea where to go, but have been messing around causing havoc, zipping about with my parachute and stuff, but what a blast.

So far, very happy I bought it. And I haven't been in that many gun fights either!

One hilarious thing is the crappy accents in the game, I first noticed with the main character, "Is this a joke?" I thought to myself, "His accent is TERRIBLE" abut then everyone elses is too. I guess it must be the theme. Kinda ridiculous 80s action movie style!

Some recent pickups - relishing the opportunity to hunt used game stores again! With a little modern stuff for good measure

Top left is a game called Odama, a cross between pinball and strategy/war game that you play with the obscure Gamecube microphone peripheral. As new for 700Y! MGS Twin Snakes was only 2500Y compared to $100+ it goes for in Australia, and even has english audio! Bottom middle is Puyo Puyo Tsuu... responsible for proving conclusively that i'm not very good at Puyo Puyo!

Sure is! I almost bought RE Remake 1 & Zero for Gamecube as well, but will probably get the HD versions some time instead.
