I got my MP Ironhide from PC last week (I was a late preorder) and just opened him. Unfortunately he came with 1/4 black, 3/4 kinda chrome front bumper bar straight out of the box. Is that a common issue with this figure?

Now I'm worried as I should be getting my pre-order next week.

Is a no for me. I take the current mp as it is. Side panels didnt bother me much. and that face doesn't do it for me, like you said "duck"

I'm happy with old Ironhide just the way he is.
That face isn't any improvement over what he already has. Like other say the figure is so good the side panels don't bother me so I see no point to upgrade what I think is one of the best MP figures out there.
