The Asia exclusives can be hard to source even here in Hong Kong as not every store has access to them so I'd be very shocked if a department store like Myers was able to get this. Did they get Ultimate Edition Optimus Prime or the Barricade/Shockwave set?
Toys'R'Us HK, for example, get the YOT line but not the Asia Exclusives sets.

If you can get it from PC and that includes shipping then definitely do as that's the cheapest price I've seen so far.
On the ground here in HK it's going to be around the AU$200- $210 price direct from stores...

This is starting to bug me..... what's the box going to look like?
I don't mean artwork... i mean overall style
Jap MP (Would like this, but Asia reissue soundwave is Hasbro Box)
Has MP (Like the last MP-10.... to plasticy, good for display, not for opening and keeping as MIB)
Platinum/YOTX style (Size is wrong for stacking with my MPs.... )

From what we have seen so far it looks to be in the same style as YOTG MP Soundwave. I'd love it to be the Takara MP style but it doesn't look likely.

I am actually wondering if the box will look more like the other Transformers Asia releases that come in the black boxes...
I pre-ordered mine yesterday. It will be my first non Red/Blue Optimus so I'm not sure how I'm going to react to it when I have it in hand.

What are we at now? Over the different series theres been Red, white, yellow, blue, black, orange, Pepsi, shattered glass purple.. And the gorgeousness of purple Eva prime
I just worry this purple, which seems different to existing SG, just will be inferior to Eva... Mmmmmmmm...

I dig the shot of MP-10B with the trailer.
And as for lack of chrome, at least it will wear well. I've already had a bit of chrome wear on MP Ironhide and I've only handled it a couple times.

There is not supposed to be chromed so it is correct.
