IMO the Gadep comic was better than the Nightbeat comic, even if it was very brief and far simpler as a story... simpler yet effective. The Nightbeat comic tried too hard IMO.

Anyway, it should've come in that bag with those sticker sheets.

Nup, it wasn't in the bag. I even unfolded the instructions in case it was caught up in that. And it's not something that will be easy to find secondhand.

And I'm guessing that the reissue Omega Supreme also had a biocard, in it's bag? I wouldn't have even thought about it if I didn't see the blue one with Gadep.
So I'm missing something from both Omegas.

Packaged in jet mode, RK wouldn't have seen either the face or the 'pants'. And with the sheer volume they sell, I think only the really obvious defects would catch their attention.
