Oh we know about this, trust me. The guys who bought it from you were from this board and one of them was very dodgy. You sold for a decent price but probably should've sold them separately but I'm glad your missus is happy.![]()

HELL NO!!
I find it hard enough to sell one Transformer - and even then only when it's something I don't really need. Maybe it's just me but I personally would not sacrifice twenty-four (consecutive) years of collecting to fund a birthday... no freak-kin way.
I've bought a car before and I'm currently paying a mortgage... I did not sell a single Transformer to help fund either.
I only sell my Transformers to:
1/ Further fund buying more Transformers, and...
2/ Only when they are considered surplus to my needs. e.g.: I'm currently in the process of selling some of my Classics which I've 'replaced' with Henkeis.
On top of working FT Mon-Fri I also do some extra work on Sundays to help pay for living... but no way would I ever sell my TFs - not at anywhere near that scale!

Mods: this thread doesn't seem to be about any kind of fan-creation... should it be moved to the general discussions section?
Really? You know em? The actual buyer was a very friendly guy. The night before the trade he insisted on bringing a friend for "parts count" but I thought he was just bringing a bodyguard...so I brought my own goon LOL. Anyway it was a very smooth transaction, were u just jking the the dodgy guy ?
Yer I suppose I coulda split them up and made more money, but I was just happy to sell them all off in 1 go because I was working under time constraint.
She felt bad afterwards and actually paid for my g2 AFA prime the week after her birthday.
Don't think you can see from the pics, but some major highlights from that collection included a judd nelson + lionel sanders autographed rodimus and kup + a mosc afa gradable g2 slingshot figure.
I'm sure they all went to a good home!
Btw, the shifty thing wasn't personal to iceburn LOL I was just playing along. Both great guys.
