I bought a bunch of Black Series once from Amazon US once and they all arrived dented due to terrible packaging so I had to re-buy elsewhere. Sadly they are not an option for MISB collectors like myself despite their pricing usually being excellent.

I too steer clear of Amazon US to keep MISB thanks to sage advice from o Great One.

I only ever purchase from Amazon if i intend on opening the item. Their packaging material is nonexistant. You may get the odd scrap bit of plastic buffer or paper.

Spotted Star Wars Black Series Archive Collection figures at Big W today for $39. One each of Bossk, IG-88 and X-wing gear Luke Skywalker. Someone had probably already grabbed Boba Fett.

Around lunchtime today, I saw one of each at QV Big W selling for $35ea (maybe it was $39ea). Other characters from that line were also on the shelves. I did a double take when I saw IG-88 since I wasn’t expecting this line at that particular Big W, which usually has old stock only.

So the Mrs put her foot down on my MISB collecting of Black Series to give to my son when he is 18. I had gotten all the numbered releases from when the current format started in 2015 up to 77 plus a few of the exclusives.

I said I just need the five remaining important characters to complete his collection. I counted Mace Windu, General Grievous, Boba Fett, Anakin and Darth Maul. And I forgot Yoda so that makes it six. That’s a nice end to this collection journey and it's kind of a relief. I hope he appreciates it when he gets it in about 8 years time!
