Hello, I preordered Earthrise Ironhide & Prowl on the OhMyPrimus website and paid in full A few months ago. A fellow member on this forum reported that his preorder was cancelled and refunded by you a few days ago due to stock cut. Since I have not received any email or update regarding the cancellation of my preorder, is it therefore safe for me to assume that my preorder is now guaranteed? Can you please provide an ETA for this item? Many thanks for your help.

Your website has Black Rorotchi listed as in stock. I had pre-ordered it but when I checked my account it said it had been closed and refunded. I did not receive any notice about this. The only cancellation notice I received was for Centurion Drone

Shame that my Autobot Alliance pack was cancelled due to short stock, I've seen multiple accounts showing a decent amount of them at big retailers in Singapore like Takashimaya, so I wonder what the actual stock concern actually is
