Yeah, I knew it'd have to be a 1984 Autobot, hence why I'm keeping my guesses within that range...
Cosmos was a 1985 Autobt btw Golden Phoenix.

You've got it. It is indeed Mirage.
All the Autobots in that colouring book except Prime got unique designs. And it also features something similar to IDW's Bumblebee 20 years before Infilitration comics began!
