    my ironhide looks just like that all the time, just like he's had a crash, i have to leave it in robot mode because i cant seem to line him back up when putting him in car mode.do's anybody else have this same issue?.maybe i just have my tongue in the wrong cheek,its a bit of a p@ss off.

    Mate, it's actually very possible to get ironhide in 'perfect' alignment - it may be a bit fiddly to start with, but after a bit of studying of the mould - everything fits. Yes, it's still going to look like a bit of a rubiks cube with the windows and all - but it will all transform seamlessly - Little things like actually having to get the crotch piece to rotate so that it is almost parallel with the spine, then the little slot at the bottom of the crotch piece that the hood of the car's little tab fits into - just lil things that may help?

    Lint (and Tets), how do you guys make Animated .gif again? What software did you use?

    maybe i just give up to easily,but rubicks cube ironhide would suit it better for a name.

    I have to agree with lcz128 - it's a bit fiddly, but definitely doable! No where near the level of complexity as a Binaltech/Alternator or Masterpiece Transformer.

    I use Adobe Imageready CS2. Though theres probably more lightweight software out there if you just wanna make gifs. In imageready you just organise the pics as a timed slideshow and then save as gif.
