I think Animated Jhiaxus would've been sweet! Ratbat out of the Mindwipe mold makes a lot of sense. I also love the look and idea of BW Megatron being made out of the Skullsmasher/Krok mold. I wonder if any of these ideas will ever be resurrected and see the light of day.
