According to a toy listing on TFW, there are two case assortments for this wave, one with the black Bumblebee that doesn't have Bisk, and one with the yellow Bumblebee that does have Bisk.
Since your photo has the black Bumblebee in the new packaging, it looks like we didn't get the Bisk assortment after all... and we'd have to wait for the next wave to see if it gets a re-release for us to see it here.

Really strange but not surprising - we have a case assortment of four redecos with a new character/mould that only appeared in one episode, and they decide to drop the new character toy that has appeared in multiple episodes.
