Default Is it worth putting in a claim?

I don't know what to do here. Bought SG Soundwave vs Blaster from the US, it arrived with damage to the box as can bee seen here:

The seller stated it was unopened and mint and I believe that. He used the Global Shipping Program, which means those goons have repacked it. It was bubble wrapped but the box was not filled meaning the goods could bounce around.

I'm torn cause I don't really want the seller to suffer, and tbh I'm only sightly annoyed that the box is damaged, cause I want the toys, but it's the principal of the thing.

    Should I dispute? Decisions...

So what seems to be the problem?
Any figure that comes with swords demands wrist articulation.

Damaged box on an expensive purchase. I slept on it and probably won't bother, but as I mentioned, its the principle of the thing. I opened her up and blaster sits right on the edge of the plastic (and right up against the damage). He wasn't broken, so I think I'm happy enough with that.

I'd raise the issue when leaving feedback so at least the seller and other potential customers are aware of this

Maybe complain to ebay since it is their stupid shipping program to make them more money. They have to take some sort of responsibility for that.

Big business taking responsibility? Bahahaha laughable. But yes they should but we all know how the world works sadly.

In saying that, I did receive my MP Bluestreak from bbts and the box had puncture holes in it due to the morons putting it underneath a giant Link figure
