Diners, Drive-ins & Dives so much good food and it is currently showing on SBS's free to air food channel 33 every night at 9:30pm

I thought there were some posts missing. I've done two rounds of the Chocolate Churro's boxes now. Wow are they good with icecream and cinnamon sugar. I need to be good now though, was very naughty with food over Christmas

It's shredded. The meat is slow-cooked for many hours, to have that "fall off the bone" consistency... which then gets torn up like shreds of meat.
Pulled pork is very common, particularly in America.

For those fans of Epic Meal Time on youtube (since they started in 2010), they are doing a TV show as well called "Epic Meal Empire", and it starts tonight at 8.30pm on Channel 1 (and 12).

If you are a fan of high calorie, fat filled, bacon laced, bourbon basted, excessively huge food creations, and are not easily disgusted by fast/junk foods... this might be the show for you.
(I think it might just be their youtube episodes put together for a half hour TV show format.)

Cantaloupe with pastrami (or chilli coated salami). Odd combo but its delicious.

Broken bottle of soy sauce all over the kitchen floor. Not so good.
