Yeah gotta say I'm not too happy about this. Clearly there was some issue. It took 20 mins to sell out supposedly but I couldn't get past the checkout stage using 3 different devices and 2 different browsers. Not sure the reason why some of us would have been blocked.

mmm must be a weird site issue. For me shockwave sold out after my transaction. So i tested to see if it'll pop up again and rodimus stayed in stock for at least 5-10 more mins everytime i tried to checkout with shockwav & hot rod.

I started at 8:28 or so as well. and I got Hotrod after Shockwave, strange. Hope there is a second pre-order.

I ended up with none was there right from the start too! Just kept saying inventory issue and that they were sold out! Better not happen on the next round

shockwave + hot rod washup
Montoring facebook and otca, as well as the orders coming in . This is just to give people understanding of why it may sometimes not be possible to add a popular pre order . We had 30 of each product allocated for this pre order.
at 8.32 there were already 30 of each in customers shopping carts.
what can happen though as the item is held in quarantine while you shop for about 10 mins. so it may drop out or if you remove it it goes back into the allocation pool.
So from everything we have looked at recently. pre orders can be a a little bit of luck after the first 2 mins of our offers that are a little limited.
this time it was 30 units of each.
our next round will be alot larger than this based on demand for our services now.
If you are new customers it would also be advisable to register an account with us first so your delivery info is pre filled so the checkout process is quicker.
again though were overwhelmed by the support.
we have pre sold shockwave, however Premium VIP customers have been sent invoices that expire tomorrow, these may come to general release if the offer is not taken up
