So... are these licensed items... not TakaraTomy products???

I want to include them in the toy archives as a Has/Tak product, but are they being produced by a company that is a part of TakaraTomy?
(in other words, do they count as official Transformers toys like Tomica vehicles which is part of TakaraTomy, or don't count like Revoltech which is not part of TakaraTomy?)

I'll still try to get these, as they have potential to be awesome... but I'd be buying them as licensed merchandise if they aren't made by TakaraTomy.

The Ultra Magnus deco is exclusive to HLJ.

Now we've got images that aren't watermarked by HLJ, for anyone wanting clean images.

So... Optimus is out in September, while Ultra Magnus (HLJ exclusive) and Nemesis Prime are both out in October... for about AU$44 each.
