    For anyone wanting the various JE Alvarez guidebooks, it looks like (all?) four are all being re-released this week to capitalise on the interest in Transformers from the new Movie.

    Also re-released this week will be the TPB of MTMTE & RID (should be volume 1 of each), probably to go with the new season of their ongoings, for anyone jumping in now.

    Plus, issue 2 of Windblade.

    Why couldn't they rerelease Cybertronian guidebooks instead. None of the Alvarez books were all that great from what I recall looking through them in bookstores. (Remember back when there used to be bookstores?). Maybe if the price is good but the price back then (local not online) wasn't worth it.

    Have a look at some of the reviews on Amazon. I considered adding them to my library but reading those reviews reminded me exactly why I didn't buy these books when they first came out.
