Asian/HK exclusive Premium Striker Optimus
Very little is known yet, as all that has been revealed is a banner with a couple words.
It is said that it is likely to be a fancy version of last year's Striker Optimus toy that was only released in Japan... but this time, should be through Hasbro HK. And is likely to be just as expensive because it will be a limited release as well. Apparently out in September or October.

A silhouette has been released showing that it is the JP Striker Optimus figure, and a release date has been given (Sept 30th).
Other details include: Metallic paint Bonus weapon Special packaging. Note that it is a HK/Asia exclusive.

Updated images of the Asia/HK exclusive Striker Optimus, revealing that it will come packaged with the bonus Swords that were previously a bonus when spending a certain amount on TFs toys... which were pretty pricy on the secondary market (and were then KOed).

Talk about dusting off the old movie moulds. There's a 2-pack with the first movie moulds of Optimus & Megatron, and now there is a Dark Energon redeco of the second movie Megatron.
I guess this was what the "Trilogy" series was meant to be, but got scaled back to just a few sporadic exclusives in different countries.

A bit of extra info on the colour differences on this new Striker Optimus.
RK have it for US$150 .... so hopefully other places will have it at more reasonable price closer to retail.
