TFPrime DLX Rumble alternate head

Just like with a few previous instruction sheets, someone at Hasbro has given us a sneak-peak at a possible future redeco of the Deluxe Rumble toy... but who does it look like (if it ends up being a homage of an existing character)?
Frenzy is always an easy option, but would they give it a different head?

It's just a shame that we are three waves (5 months) behind on TFPrime Deluxes, or else this would be more exciting news.
