I like this one better than Lockdown, because I am able to look at this as a new toy and character, and not a lazy copy of a toy that didn't need a 'movie version'.
I don't immediately think of Lockdown and Animated with this one, and I prefer to keep those two universes distinctly separated.

I was tempted, due to me liking the vehicle mode, but the grey plastice when I saw it in person just put me right off. Not even a new head and hook could persuade me.

I'm tempted to get this because I had the Action Master as a kid and it's a very nice homage.

I saw this toy at a store. I was disappointed by the really cheap looking gray which dominates the figure. I will be giving it a miss as I only had a mild interest in the figure due to the AM homage but the gray killed the deal for me as I wasn't impressed by it.

Hadn't actually thought about the AM homage, but that helps recommend it.
And I seem to be one who likes the grey, because it gives it a distinctly different look to Lockdown, who IMO shouldn't have been in the movie universe to begin with.
