And not to be over shadowed, racing ahead of Fort Max is Encore Omega Supreme and 20A Devy, left Tokyo at around 06:16 JST.
Who will get here first, will it be Omega and his brainwashed little friends or will it be our gigantic titan Fortress Maximus?
It might even be a photo finish ladies and germs, stay tuned for more updates!

At 07:32JST (10:32AEDST) my Fort Max arrived at Tokyo International post office's "Outward Office of Exchange." At 11:07JST (13:07AEDST) it was dispatched. So I guess this means the toy's now in transit to Australia (or at least I hope so). :o

I havent used EMS in eons. Unlike UPS, Is Aust Post their carrier? May sound like a simple question, but when i asked my regular Aust Post driver he said that because the office is closed on a weekend they dont deliver and wont take liability for keeping the parcrels overnight.

Gguuhhh... I keep checking on my Fort Max, and there's no updated information since it arrived in Sydney last Friday. When the toy was in the hands of Japan Post, I could see regular updates showing it's movement from Gunma to Tokyo then Tokyo to Sydney... every day there was 1~2 updates... but since arriving at "Sydney D" there's been nothing. :( I don't know if this means that Australia Post are just taking there sweet time in getting this toy out to me, or if they're doing it but not updating the tracking info online. :/

It wasn't in store tonight so I'm downloading it on the Comixology app. Except there was an error at their end and they uploaded RID #16 instead under the MTMTE #16 cover. Just their grading of the condition of the packaging. You're paying the extra $2 or whatever it is to have the supermint boxes. TFSource offers it also. Although, in my experience, their standard condition is good enough to keep sealed on the shelf.

For those of you who have the Blitzwing and Springer set currently on order, Hasbro has informed us that they should be shipping our entire order out this coming week, and we should have them the week of the 20th to 24th if everything stays on schedule.

It seems like only a few people have received them from BBTS recently, so this is likely the bulk of their order.

I'll be waiting a few months to ship my pile of loot but at least UPS beats out USPS at higher volumes so when I do I'll get it faster and cheaper. Living vicariously through the review threads in the mean time. :)

It's a Tokyo Show 2013 convention exclusive figure, available only to attendees. That's why you can't pre-order it. I haven't heard any news of it being officially available for sale outside the con.

heard good things about the last two, so I'm pretty excited, not sure what Im going to do with Blitzwing, if hes bad maybe he can join a new faction along with Grimlock. But I'm hoping he is passable.

Masterpieces Prowl, Bluestreak, Smokescreen all on pre-order.

Local Retail, I'm checking out BigW for Platinum Omega Supreme, also MP Soundwave and MP Acidstorm when they show up.

Also after 3rd party items, limited to Mastermind Creations Hexatron and Feral Rex. Going to test out some of Toy world's figures, as they look really good.

All of this is very expensive, so some things I have had to let go.

She and Garrus are probably the best of the lot. Fem Shep looked pretty good but Ashley and Bro Shep have horrible paint (http://www.tomopop.com/tomopop-review-play-arts-kai-commander-shepard-27662.phtml) jobs (http://www.tomopop.com/tomopop-review-play-arts-kai-ashley-williams-27663.phtml) on their faces.

The only things I'll say against Tali are that the ankle ratchets could stand to be a little tighter, they're not too bad but it might help prevent the occasional overbalance, and that it would be nice to be able to see a hint of her face through the visor, as in the game. :)

I purchased my Epic Conclusion set of an ebayer in US and have been tracking its progess. It left California and went half way around the US just to arrive back in California to be sent to Aus...:confused::confused::confused: It also changed hands from USPS to Fed-ex along the way too :confused::confused::confused: I guess it was all to hard for USPS :rolleyes:

I got exactly the same email as you Gok, so I sent an enquiry to Amazon asking if they had a more concrete date or just more information. When they replied, they offered to refund the shipping component (which really means not charging for shipping). Maybe it's worth trying the same thing? Still doesn't get the item here any sooner, and I'm getting a bad feeling that they simply fulfilled US orders and are just stringing me along but if/when they do get more stock it has reduced the cost dramatically.

That's exactly what happened with my unreleased Movie Target Exclusives Gunbarrel, Reverb and Backtrack. BBTS sold the 3 for $100, and they lost Reverb. I got my money back and had to pay repurchase the lot for $150 on eBay :(

Currently shipped my first POL with BBTS (clicked ship about 2 weeks ago, still in warehouse), and had them verify the contents weeks in advance before shipping. Had quite a few sold out third party items there that I'd have to pay a ransom for on eBay. I'll be happy once my POL eventually gets here.

I think that's just Amazon's new overly conservative postage times. The base level shipping says 4-6 weeks, but I still get things in ~10 business days. I think they're just covering their arse/trying to encourage you to upgrade shipping. :)

My Metroplex has been touring the US for the past week...
Dispatched from Tennessee last Fri, arrived in Kentucky on Sat morning, left Kentucky on Sat arvo, arrived in New Jersey on Mon, left New Jersey yesterday... not sure if it's on its way to another facility in the US or on route to Australia. Tracking this package is like playing a really frustratingly dull game of "Where In The World Is Generations Metroplex?" :rolleyes:

So I've preordered MP Smokescreen from Amazon at the same 27% preorder discount as MP Bluestreak and Prowl... only that Smokescreen doesn't come with any Amazon exclusive bonus content which does make it feel like less value for money (bad enough that TakTOM MPs are overpriced as they are). :rolleyes: I guess because the standard launchers are already toon-accurate... but maybe they should've included repaints of the toy-accurate MP Nissan launchers as Amazon exclusives! I reckon that'd be cool. :o

Looks like BBTS might be clearing their order backlog. I shipped my PoL on Friday and it was sent out Tuesday. Not sure what UPS is doing though as it's just had an arrival scan in Anchorage, Alaska! :confused:

Tracking still shows a Tuesday delivery, but I'm pretty sure that's not the most efficient route...

When I saw your original post, I thought 'Oh Gawd' to myself as I noticed my own two boxes had passed through sorting facilities in the US at different times. In the end once they arrived in Australia, they were bundled together again and delivered at the same time - arrived 8:16am :)

I originally clicked 'Ship My Loot' on the 1st but it did not go out until the 12th! Pretty happy with the turnaround. My wait will have paid off tonight when verify its contents to be robots and not ponies.

I wonder how long I have to wait post the huge influx I got of figures a month ago before I can start buying TF's again without a dirty look from the missus. :confused: She's usually very good about my TF spending but when I had 50 figures from BBTS, MP Soundwave and 2 Universe figures from Hursticon all turn up within a fortnight she did not think I was 'living within my budget' :rolleyes:. And when I bought COnstructbots Soundwave 2 weeks later the latent anger displayed confirmed it :eek:

For my upcoming birthday my wife relented and let me order for myself a full set of the G1 Technobots :). They are coming from the UK and they haven't been sent yet so might be waiting a while :rolleyes:

Took more time to find a decent set than I thought. There were a lot of KO Computron gift sets out there :mad:. And I got burnt with a KO Lightspeed and Strafe a few years ago :mad:. Most of the genuine Technobot sets were over $200US :eek:

In the end I lucked out. There was a seller (with a seller score of 2437 and 100% positive feedback) that was selling a set that was considerably cheaper because Strafe and Lightspeed were missing all their weapons and Afterburner was missing a gun. But I can take the weapons which were fine from the KO Strafe & Lightspeed and use them to complete the G1 set :D Means all I will be missing in the end is one of Afterburners guns but for $100 less I can live with that ;)

Streak just arrived at contact in Japan. Ooohhheerrr... brain says wait, heart says send... c'mon brain... c'mooonnn!!

Kazza: why not get two of each MP, keep four launchers, then sell the spare two? The launcher comes in a separate plastic baggy just like Lambor's piledrivers, so you don't need to open the toy to get to them. That way you can sell the excess MPs MISB. :)

I'm not normally one to endorse 3rd Party stuff, but that's actually not a bad idea for Kazza's situation. It would also help make Prowl and Bluestreak look more distinct from each other too if they have different looking launchers. :) I personally intend to put 2 bonus launchers on Prowl and leave Bluestreak with the in-built launchers. ;)

Hi - We wanted to update you about the status of your preorder for Generation Deluxe Wave 01 figures. Hasbro unfortunately had a large shortage on this assortment and filled only 20% of our order, which is extremely unusual. We were recently notified that no more inventory was available and nothing further would be shipped to us. Using our large supply network we were able to track down a significant amount of inventory from another market (at $135 a case!) We are very pleased to be able to fill your preorders on this item, and we apologize for the delay. Hasbro typically does not have supply issues this severe on initial orders so we needed to give them some time to give us final word on if they would be able to ship more product to us or not. Cases, Sets, and Singles for Dreadwing, Goldfire, and Waspinator will fill in early February after our shipment arrives. Roughly 70% of the Skids preorders will fill in early February. If you ordered more than 2 pieces, your preorders for additional pieces over 2 have been moved to the end of the line so we can attempt to get 1 or 2 pieces to as many people as possible. We will attempt to find more Skids, but it is possible that we may not be able to. Preorders for Skids placed before 12/17 will fill, preorders between 12/17 and 12/25 will likely fill if we see typical cancellation rates, preorders 12/26 and later may not fill, but we will do our best. We will pull the Skids from any cancelled/unpaid case and set orders as well, so that should improve everyone's chances.

One day to process payment. Another day to ship from Japan to Australia. Then a couple of weeks for it to clear Customs and get to me! :rolleyes: :p

I'm currently waiting on... my entire collection prior to moving to Australia.

We finally decided to bite the bullet and get my things, which have been in storage of the UK, shipped over. This includes my entire TF, other toys, and comic book collection. I'm thinking I might start its own thread so I can document and share with the group here the journey of the stuff, then take some MAJOR unboxing pics when it finally gets here. (Does anyone know where the right place for that sort of thing might be? Acquisitions?)

The stuff is getting picked up on the 12th August. It will take approximately two months to arrive in Australia, then will have to clear customs, and then we'll have to arrange transport from Brisbane up to Rocky for it (probably on the back of a removal truck), so I'd expect it in November at the latest.

It's just about the second most exciting thing I've done since changing countries... the first being marrying the girl I moved over here for, which I'm doing on September 19th.

It's one hell of a waiting game!

Waiting increasingly impatiently for Evangelion Optimus Prime to be released and make its way to BBTS so I can ship my POL with it in. Part of me wants to say sod it and just order the cheaper ordinary colour MPOP which is now in stock, but I know that I'll never forgive myself if I do. Grargh.

My current order from RK is so large that they have emailed me to apologise for the delay as they are trying to figure out how to post it all haha.

Looks as though they are going to send all the available stuff soon-ish and the pre-order stuff once it comes in. Pretty good of them if you ask me.
