The only catch there is the Spy Patrol is listed as January 2020...and they're not listing Gigawatt at the moment, so I'm not sure how they're going to make that happen.

That sucks. What did you buy/pre-order from them? I pre-ordered 3A DLX Optimus and he arrived a few weeks ago. Recently I ordered a few Studio Series figures + both Earthrise micromaster packs and they've shipped them Friday last week. Despite having a similar, if not the same, logo and both running department stores, they are completely different businesses. Target Australia started as Lindsays in 1926 and is now owned by Wesfarmers. Target US started as Goodfellow Dry Goods in 1902 and is basically its own company called Target Corporation now.

How do you order from TTM and get the items shipped to Australia?

More ways than one, but I'm dumb so I just pre-order from anime-export or nippon yassan. Compared to other Japanese online retailers their shipping is reasonable. Used nippon yassan once, I've heard a few horror stories so it's hard to recommend but they were fine with me. Ways I've heard are shipping forwarders as griffin mentioned, having a friend in Japan or buying them from a reliable exporter/3rd party seller like I have. Though if you're looking for the Earthrise 2-pack you're gonna have to buy from eBay or have it ship forwarded. If ya buying it from Japan expect customer service to be less than stellar if you're the type to have buyer's remorse.

We sandgropers can't order Deluxes online if we enter a Perth suburb (then says Coming Soon) and Voyagers lately says Sneak Peak and doesn't allow any online purchase. This is in line with my talks with different Kmart stores last week and last Monday - stock has not yet been delivered to Perth.

I like when Kmart listings appear because I save and print them to price match at other retailers.

That (Australian) site says that they are expecting them in the first quarter of this year... which is way off from when Titans are scheduled for global release (July-September), if the Ark does end up being this year's Titan as rumoured.
And $400 is very expensive.
Scorponok was $280 on Amazon and up to $320 at Toyworld.
If the Kingdom Titan is now available for order from wholesalers, I would have thought we would have seen it listed on Asian and American sites by now.

I ordered one online early this morning and it has been dispatched. I watched the stock indicator today and Melbourne city went out of stock after I got an email from Aus Post saying I'm getting a delivery from Melbourne Myer. I'll let you folks know if it turns out to be SS86 Grimlock. If that's the case then there may still be Myer Grimlocks coming through the pipe after their brief appearance a few weeks ago.

So, I got my SS Leader from Melbourne Myer and it was 86 Grimlock. During that postal time, Myers in Perth have Grimlocks and nobody has sighted other SS Leaders on the boards, so I think if you can order one online at Myer there's a fair chance it'll be SS86 Grim.

My experience is free shipping is determined at time of order, not release. So if you put in an order now, it should be free shipping when it ships to you (as nalops mentioned, this is from Amazon Au you don't have to worry as it is free shipping regardless, but it'll work for Amazon UK and US items). I used to do 1 month Prime and then order as much as I can, even pre-order stuff, to take advantage of the free shipping.
