    Excuse the french, but I almost pissed my pants when I read this news -

    Mortal Kombat HD Kollection Confirmed In Development

    Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection game for pre-order with a release date of November 2010 for the PlayStation 3
    One store even noted that the mystery game will come with a demo for Mortal Kombat (2011)
    TRMK has independently confirmed with multiple industry sources that a high definition Mortal Kombat arcade update is indeed currently in development. Mortal Kombat HD Kollection will be a 2D Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection (MK1, MK2 and UMK3) featuring all-new high resolution in game graphics - not simply upscaled graphics, but sharp, crisp, awesome-looking High Definition graphics.

    Ever since MK2 hit the arcades I have been hunting for that perfect console version. Midway Arcade Classics 2 has the best version to date with the SNES a very close second.

    Following on from my post regarding the MK HD Kollection, I found this pic which is a fan-made HD rended scene from MKII.

    If the actual game looks half as good as this, I'm gonna be one very happy camper

    I buy some gameboy games from cashies, the sales dudes all like "you like old nintendo stuff eh?" I'm all like "yes indeed". He shows me what they got in today... a friggin' top loading NES, he's like "you want?" I'm like "OMFG YES" Just need to wait for them to price it a for it to clear the legal crap and its MINE!
