Damn... after months of minimal new stuff added to the "International" registry (items we can buy), I ended up caving and bought several items from BBTS and HK that Amazon are now stocking for a lot less.
(then again, other items aren't much cheaper, as Amazon seems to be charging about 20% on top of US RRP... probably to cover their cheap/free shipping offers)

Some of the more noteworthy items (hope none of them have the same problem as kaiden had with Smokescreen)...

GEN LGD Eject & Ramhorn $12
GEN LGD Rewind & Sunder $12

    BH DLX Starscream
    $16.25 (on sale from $17)
BH DLX Bulkhead $16 (on sale from $17)
    BH DLX Smokescreen $17
BH DLX Ripclaw $16.70 (on sale from $17)
    BH VOY Optimus $25
    BH VOY Predaking $25
    BH CMDR Optimus $11
    BH CMDR Bulkhead $11
    BH CMDR Trailcutter $11
    BH Vehicle Breakdown/Apex Armor $22
BH Vehicle Smokescreen/Sky Claw $20.50 (on sale from $22)

    BotShot Launcher Bbee $11
BotShot Launcher Optimus $10 (on sale from $11)
BS 3-pack (Bbee, Shock, Skyquake) $14 (on sale from $15)
BS 3-pack (Cliff, Brawl, Dirtboss) $15
    BS 5-pack Stunticons $22
BS 5-pack Autobot Polar Assault $22
    BS 5-pack Aerialbots $22
BS 5-pack Decepticon Fire Assault $22
    BS Dragon Track set $22

Both Platinum Edition figures are still in stock as well.

To see what other items should be available to us, click on the "from Transformers" link under any of their name/titles, and then on the left hand column of filter options, click on the "Amazonglobal eligible".
Also, make sure on the individual items page, it says near the top that they are "ships from and sold by Amazon.com", or else you will get an error.
(Ignore where it says free shipping on orders over a certain amount, as that only applies to US orders)

Yeah I'm doing some testing too and getting weird shipping options too, if I add one deluxe Starscream to my cart it adds about $20 but if I add 1 Cyberverse vehicle playset it only adds about $3?

I don't understand how it is giving up those huge costs for other people.

I placed an order last weekend for all of these items...
1 "Transformers Rescue Bots Boulder The Constructionbot" $14.99
1 "Transformers Bot Shots Battle Game Dragon Track Set"$21.99
1 "Transformers Bot Shots Battle Game Autobot Air Force Pack"$21.99
1 "Transformers Bot Shots Battle Game Decepticon Fire Assault Team Pack"$21.99
1 "Transformers Bot Shots Battle Game - Cliffjumper, Brawl, Breakdown (3-Pack)"$14.99
1 "Transformers Bot Shots Battle Game - Stunticons Pack"$21.99
Total cost of the items - AUD$117.95

And the total shipping was only AUD$32.99

I've seen how big the Dragon set and 5-packs are, so this will be a fairly big box. I don't think I've ever had a problem with shipping before, so I'm not sure why other people are getting such big amounts quoted. Maybe single items are charged heaps, and the more you add, the cheaper it gets per item.

You might not get an error, you might instead get very high postage amounts.

I can't see any Smokescreen's on Amazon sold by Amazon. All the buying choices are just "fulfillment by Amazon". Once other dealers are just using Amazon to sell their stuff, they can charge whatever shipping amount they want.

Well I was going to mention that it was the Beast Hunters Smokescreen that was listed amongst the ones sold and shipped by Amazon that are AmazonGlobal Eligible but it's mysteriously disappeared from that list

Sent a reply to their "automated reply"...

    Hello again,
The reply I got was about shipping rates to Australia, which I have no problem with. I totally understand and accept the shipping rates to Australia and how they are calculated.
My message was about the weights on specific items that are incorrect, which THEN generates an excessive shipping quote on my orders.
These items are all noted as 8.9 pounds of weight (check their description and look at the weight)...
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-C...ef=pd_sbs_t_17
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-C...ref=pd_sbs_t_1
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-C...ef=pd_sbs_t_40

HOWEVER, this item is the same size and weight as the three above, but look at the weight, it says 2.4 ounces, which is how heavy these four items weigh (I weighed one myself).
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-H...ef=pd_sbs_t_20

Since this is happening to a growing number of Transformers toy items recently listed on Amazon, someone at Amazon is not entering in the proper weights, or is using a template and not changing the weight.
These items are also listed as 8.9 pounds, but are actually about 7 ounces (I weighed one as well)...
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-H...ref=pd_sbs_t_4
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-H...ref=pd_sbs_t_3
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-H...ref=pd_sbs_t_5
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-H...ef=pd_sim_t_38
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-H...ef=pd_sim_t_11

See, this one here is the same size and similar contents as the ones above, but it's weight is listed as 5.6 ounces...
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-H...ref=pd_sim_t_1
And this one is listed as 6.4 ounces...
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-H...ref=pd_sim_t_7

This item says 7.2 pounds, but is closer to 4 ounces...
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-G...ref=pd_sim_t_4
SEE, this identical item says 3.2 ounces...
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-G...ef=pd_sim_t_11

This item also says 7.2 pounds...
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-G...d_bxgy_t_img_y
BUT, this identical item says 3.2 ounces...
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-G...ref=pd_sim_t_1

This item here says 10 pounds...
    http://www.amazon.com/Kre-O-Transfor...6/ref=sr_1_154
BUT, should say 0.3 ounces like this item, which is exactly the same size & contents...
    http://www.amazon.com/KRE-O-Transfor...ref=pd_sim_t_1

This item here says 5 pounds...
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-B...ref=pd_sim_t_3
BUT, should say 5.6 ounces like this identical item...
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-B...pd_sim_sbs_t_6

This item here says 9.8 pounds...
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-B...pd_sim_sbs_t_5
BUT, should say 8 ounces like this identical item...
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-B...pd_sim_sbs_t_3

This item here says 8.7 pounds...
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-S...pd_sim_sbs_t_3
BUT, should say 10.4 ounces like this identical item...
    http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-B...pd_sim_sbs_t_4

Why are these (recent) items having weights that are about 20 TIMES what they really are? People outside of America have to pay shipping on these (Americans don't, so it doesn't matter to them what the weights are of these items), which means the Cart charges 20 times the correct amount of shipping to us non-Americans wanting these items.
Since most of your customers are American, who don't pay shipping (free shipping no matter how heavy the items are), these errors don't get noticed or reported.... or even fixed, as I reported this problem way back on 19th April, and still hasn't been fixed yet.
Can someone there at least look at each of those listings, and their unusually high weights, before replying.
Because there are a lot of Australian collectors who would like to buy these items, but can't due to the incorrect weights creating HUGE shipping charges.
    Thankyou for your time.
(BTW, your customer service is quite good with it being speedy to reply, but still hasn't attended to this matter from 6 weeks ago)
Let's see how they respond to that.
