Hello again,
The reply I got was about shipping rates to Australia, which I have no problem with. I totally understand and accept the shipping rates to Australia and how they are calculated.
My message was about the weights on specific items that are incorrect, which THEN generates an excessive shipping quote on my orders.
These items are all noted as 8.9 pounds of weight (check their description and look at the weight)...

http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-C...ref=pd_sbs_t_1
http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-C...ef=pd_sbs_t_40

HOWEVER, this item is the same size and weight as the three above, but look at the weight, it says 2.4 ounces, which is how heavy these four items weigh (I weighed one myself).

Since this is happening to a growing number of Transformers toy items recently listed on Amazon, someone at Amazon is not entering in the proper weights, or is using a template and not changing the weight.
These items are also listed as 8.9 pounds, but are actually about 7 ounces (I weighed one as well)...

http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-H...ef=pd_sim_t_11

See, this one here is the same size and similar contents as the ones above, but it's weight is listed as 5.6 ounces...
http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-H...ref=pd_sim_t_1
And this one is listed as 6.4 ounces...
http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-H...ref=pd_sim_t_7

This item says 7.2 pounds, but is closer to 4 ounces...
http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-G...ref=pd_sim_t_4
SEE, this identical item says 3.2 ounces...
http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-G...ef=pd_sim_t_11

This item also says 7.2 pounds...
http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-G...d_bxgy_t_img_y
BUT, this identical item says 3.2 ounces...
http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-G...ref=pd_sim_t_1

This item here says 10 pounds...
http://www.amazon.com/Kre-O-Transfor...6/ref=sr_1_154
BUT, should say 0.3 ounces like this item, which is exactly the same size & contents...
http://www.amazon.com/KRE-O-Transfor...ref=pd_sim_t_1

This item here says 5 pounds...
http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-B...ref=pd_sim_t_3
BUT, should say 5.6 ounces like this identical item...
http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-B...pd_sim_sbs_t_6

This item here says 9.8 pounds...
http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-B...pd_sim_sbs_t_5
BUT, should say 8 ounces like this identical item...
http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-B...pd_sim_sbs_t_3

This item here says 8.7 pounds...
http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-S...pd_sim_sbs_t_3
BUT, should say 10.4 ounces like this identical item...
http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-B...pd_sim_sbs_t_4

Why are these (recent) items having weights that are about 20 TIMES what they really are? People outside of America have to pay shipping on these (Americans don't, so it doesn't matter to them what the weights are of these items), which means the Cart charges 20 times the correct amount of shipping to us non-Americans wanting these items.
Since most of your customers are American, who don't pay shipping (free shipping no matter how heavy the items are), these errors don't get noticed or reported.... or even fixed, as I reported this problem way back on 19th April, and still hasn't been fixed yet.
Can someone there at least look at each of those listings, and their unusually high weights, before replying.
Because there are a lot of Australian collectors who would like to buy these items, but can't due to the incorrect weights creating HUGE shipping charges.
Thankyou for your time.
(BTW, your customer service is quite good with it being speedy to reply, but still hasn't attended to this matter from 6 weeks ago)
Let's see how they respond to that.
