Nope. Iron Spider from the 2007 Spider-Man Origins 6-inch toyline.
This figure represents when Peter got a new costume designed by Tony Stark after a particularly nasty run-in with Morlun*. It has the power to glide short distances, be impervious to some firearms, block out forms of radiation, and grow a set of mechanical Spider legs from its back**.

*As part of the Spider-Man: The Other storyline that ran across 3 books in early 2006. It would serve as a lead-in for the next major arc, Civil War.
** Although an interesting ability, Peter isn't the only character to "grow" lovely long legs. Martha Franklin (The third Spider-Woman) could make psychic versions when necessary.
