I'm the sort of person that when I find a hobby I like, I go all out and seek to attain as much pleasure and enjoyment from it as possible - photography just so happens to be this year's flavour.
Don't be discouraged mate - this is not a race, it's merely an outlet to show how creative you can be with a camera.Now with Jena, Gamblor, Tetsuwan and others entering the fray with exceedingly great photos themselves - I'm really wondering if I'll ever be able to catch up.
Some of my friends have come up with amazing pics purely due to their creativity and image compositions (and nothing to do with what subject they're taking or what sort of camera/lens they're using).
It's great when other people contribute pics to this thread since it gives a different perspective and/or technique which others can adopt or try out.
I think it's safe to say that as students of photography, we're all artists and the camera is our paintbrush, the results that we get with our paintbrush is only limited by our imagination and technique.
