    Default Combining Robot Toy Identification

    Hey guys,

I was trawling through eBay, as normal , when I stumbled upon this:

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this guy? or even possibly translate the writing in the first pic?
You see, anyone who has read any of my posts would probably know that I'm an Ancient Egypt Fanatic! and this set looks Absolutely Awesome to me and I'd like to know a little bit more if I could.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I saw some of these in second hand stores at Japan I couldn't tell you the name of this toy, but I can tell you that it was sold in marked (non random) trading figure style boxes and each component comes separately.

As a trading kit set I would not expect it to be that high quality, In other words I don't think its worth $70 even MISB, so be aware it's unlikely to be Transformer quality.

There are also other in the series, but they are not Egyptian themed.

Try doing search using keywords like Trading kit and combiner maybe?

Yep, I reckon Lint is correct.

The text has their names, MugenAnubis, MugenRa, MugenScorpion, MugenSphinx and MugenSepeku. Combined, of course being MugenPharaoh, as Lint said.

This was released as a continuation to the Machine Robo Mugenbine series after Bandai decided it wasn't viable to give them regular releases. These are really candy toy releases.

Aww, I was hoping it'd be a bigger toy.

    Looks good.
    Found an African themed one.
Different style, but interesting how they built a shield for it and kept it skinny as opposed to the big bulk the Egyptian one has
