It was $44 at Target during the first week of release, but now they have bumped it up due to a crappy bundle they put together to get rid of excess stock.

I'll tell you now that it's not excess stock. We got 50 copies in for the first day of release. Sold out in 2.5 days. And we're a smaller store.


Plus it's the same bundle that was officially set up during the first week of sale. If you got it for $44, it's because they ran out of the bundle, or you managed to sweet talk the assistant.


I get surprisingly defensive when people start bad mouthing my employer.

Pass for me, I've never been an EV/IV Trainer, so I know I'll stand no chance.

Finished up to Dragon Spiral Tower, as soon as I got Surf I went off and surfed everywhere I could. Having the game in Winter is really annoying right now, as it means I cannot get the Dragon in Iccirus city. I'm off to hunt for an Axew instead.

I was stoked when I found Druddigon the second I stepped into the grass, but I never used him and went with Axew. He's been in my team since. Well, as Haxorus now.

Finished the Global Link game on pokemon.com to score myself a Dream World Espeon with the hidden ability, Magic Bounce. Word to the wise - don't collect the tokens of the others -eons if you can help it. Your prize is determined by the amount of each type you collect, and unfortunately the first two levels are full of Fire, Water and Electric tokens. I was lucky to score Espeon on the first go.

I finished white to late and my forest is tiny. How do I make it big? Someone said I need to do something in entralink with black. I got both so what do I need to do to make it massive?

You have to use the entralink to go to black city. You can then get people to move to your white forest by doing missions or something for them.

Tucked in Litwick, and am waiting for the Dream World to process my data to get started and go fetch my Espeon. It says it may take five minutes or longer, but I've been waiting 20 minutes and I'm reading reports of people waiting over an hour.

Will have to do some reading up to understand what I need to do. I went and got myself a pokemon.com account, but due to superlag on my computer, I am struggling to catch all the Umbreon symbols I need to in that game.

Maybe all the traffic on the dream world will ease out after a few days?

Man, Pokemon Global Link is pretty cool!

I signed up at the Pokemon Trainer Club a couple of weeks ago in preparation of the PGL Servers going live and today after a couple of frustrating issues, namely being told that my Game Sync ID was incorrectly entered - Stupid Y looking like a V on the DS Screen! , I managed to get my PTC account and my PGL account mated up with my Game Sync Code and Cartridge - Enabling full functionality of Pokemon Black!

I managed to win an Umbreon with that bloody Breakout game that has a few issues, namely the mouse becoming un-docked from the playing screen causing the paddle to freeze in it's place and the ball dropping past!
I've still not figured out how to acquire the Umbreon though so does anyone have any advice?

I tucked in that useless pink thing that is only good for lvling and managed to acquire myself a Mareep by playing a 'Find the Pokemon!' mini-game and finding the Pokemon literally on the last second!
I also made the silly mistake of filling up my garden beds with just Oran Berries , is one able to send berries to the Dreamworld? or is it only the other way round?

Also, over the weekend I managed to borrow another DS from one of my Brother's mates and transferred, RE: Downloaded!?! , 103 Pokemon from my old Diamond game.
If anyone would like a Pichu or a Shiny Geodude? - Please let me know.

I don't think you can yet. This is from the FAQ about the Eevee evolution:"

If you actually go to the 'Promotions' tab on the main PGL site there is nothing listed.
