Well I just checked my local Target and it is indeed 20% off all toys, even including the marked down TFs - this means a Deluxe scans up at $18.xx (confirmed).

The great news is that a Voyager should be $27.xx - which is cheaper than K-Mart's current clearance price of $30 (couldn't confirm this since my local Target store had no Voyagers).

Yeah, so if you can find a Target with stock, they're the cheapest place to get a Voyager at the moment.
