Well, that gun has got me stumped as I've searched 3 seperate sites and can't find anything that matches it exactly - The closest it resembles is Sixgun's gun from the Metroplex set/figure, but it isn't that at all.
I couldn't find anything resembling that blue piece either.

It just hit me, I know what it is. The blue part set me off.
When I was young I had a robot that you took apart and put back together into a tank thing. The blue part forms one of his arms. and thats his gun. It had a pull back motor part.
Unfortunately I can't tell you the name. Way to long ago

the black gun looks like a small blaster for a Star Ware figure to me

I'm fairly cartain it's all one set. The crosses on the gun were what made me recognise the second piece

Its too big to be a Star Wars gun. Its about the size of one of G1 Vortex cannons.
