The current TFs DVD license holder in America (Shout Factory) has the 5-part intro Prime story scheduled for release on December 6th.

For those interested (because it isn't likely to be released here on DVD for a long time, due to it not even screening here until the end of the year), Amazon have it up for pre-order here for just US$10.50.


On a side note, it is good to see Shout Factory producing yet another Transformers cartoon DVD, or at least, they are still finding it profitable producing TFs DVDs, because it improves the chances of them eventually doing Animated Season 3 (the only "US" TFs cartoon not officially released on DVD yet). And I'd certainly be one jumping on that.
