As should mine Vert , but to answer Liege's question; I do believe they do as I've seen a picture somewhere, Seibertron or TFW2005, and Backfiery was displayed with his wings in a vertical position and though I don't think they'll come as far forward as some may like - it still pulls off his silhouette really well.
