Forgive my ignorance here but if this is not a Takara or Hasbro Soundwave, does it make it a KO?

its only a KO if it uses an existing toy made by hasbro/takara. this is an unlicensed 3rd party product. its a grey area

I avoided the third party MP Coneheads simply because there's a possibility they could be released as a retooled starscream mould.

An official G1 style masterpiece Soundwave feels very unlikely though. I mean, would Takara really make a masterpiece toy of an 80's tapedeck ?

Might actually get this. Gona have to see the quality first though
