TFPrime Targetmaster Voyager Optimus?

Found at a Japanese Hobby fair is an interesting item - a slightly redecoed Voyager Optimus from TFPrime, but with three Targetmaster weapons (a gun, a shoulder cannon, & a sword).

Too early to tell if this will be released by Hasbro, or if the Targetmaster weapons are to be released with the Optimus toy in Japan or be a separate exclusive promo (like all their other Minicons/Microns in Japan).

It is noted in the article though, that the yellow/black Micron is actually a recent freebie promo figure, so if this is a Targetmaster Optimus toy, it is likely to only be released with the other two... with the third just being there to show it off as a "serving suggestion".

Whatever it is, more details are supposed to be revealed March 15th in the JP Korokoro magazine.

Wow, those Targetmaster weapons actually look pretty good. Aside from the yellow one from the PCC line.

Are you sure that's a voyager size toy? it looks more like a leader class to me, though I don't have a real world example of the voyager prime to compare it to, it looks bigger than the voyager prime in the transformation display below.

Looks to me like it's a custom Takara Voyager Prime.
