I've lost downloaded comics a couple of times when I've had to reset my phone, but try the Comixology website (I assume it's that app) and you might find it easier reseting your password there? At least since you have an account they aren't gone for good.

Transformed my Voyager Generations Hot Spot that I bought last night and the right side shoulder kibble panel wouldn't stay attached. Upon closer inspection I saw that the hole that holds the peg is a separate piece that had been incorrectly assembled. I opened the shoulder up and saw that the hole panel had been warped due to having been incorrectly assembled however long ago this toy was made. It took a bit of excessive force, but I managed to get that sucker into place and now it's fine. <sigh.of.relief>

My TakTom Metroplex's sticker sheet came slightly warped, having to try & flatten them back out by having them sandwiched under a 3kg stack of Marvel G1 TPBs.

Sadly, it would seem that my Metroplex also suffers from a dodgy contact with the button that activates his light & sounds gimmick; this COULD be just down to questionable functioning rechargeable batteries, but I find the gimmick just wants to cut out before actually commencing & to get it to work one has to fight to find a "sweet" spot.

It's slightly annoying, but at the end of the day I'm not going to be using said gimmick really at all and I wont be displaying him with batteries inserted anyway.

In my last POL from BBTS, when it came time to ship they cancelled my Gaia Unicron which had been sitting in the POL for nearly 6 months due to lack of stock. To be fair they emailed me an apology, refunded my money, and then gave me $5 credit towards my next purchase.

They have now finally restocked him 2 months later, and he is $5 more expensive than he was previously - so no real $5 credit for Big Angry Trev

But then I suppose (if I get him this time ) the status quo has been preserved I just hope they remember my $5 credit!

Email them and point this out. Their customer service is pretty good.
