Default How tall are voyager figures exactly?

I was looking at my individual Hercules figures and I wanted everyone's thoughts. What should be the correct voyager size?

Exactly how tall should that be in centimetres?

When the term was introduced in Cybertron the figures were between 17cm and 20cm tall.

But by DOTM Voyagers were down 16cm to 16.5cm tall.

Ideally, I'd say the Voyager size should be about three heads taller than a deluxe.

The 18cm mark is a good one. But there should still also be an Ultra class before Leader class, rather than the big jump in height we have now.

Voyager isn't about height, it's about what the toy does, how much plastic is involved and what sized box it will fit in. A Voyager toy should have at least one good gimmick and feel heavier than a Deluxe. Animated Lugnut and Bulkhead are two of the best Voyager Transformers we've had, but they're short toys (much shorter than a Deluxe like Lockdown.)

Indeed, Voyagers are about Mass and should reflect that; not the anorexic offerings we've been receiving with DOTM and forward.
TF: Animated - Blitzwing or ROTF - Bludgeon are a pair of good example too IMO.
