So glad I grabbed both figures. Both are in storage though coz Ive wiped out from display ( about a year and half now) all Bayverse movie toys.... well some Bayverse movie toys still are on display with the Classics (eg. Bludgeon) The mindwipe toy is by itself even if not aligned to the Bayverse lore is a very good toy with that added combination gimmick with Skystalker sure is value for money when I got it - it was on sale at Big W (shouldve gotten 2).

Does Darksol's new head actually transform like the add-on sets for Universe Onslaught?

A bit hard to discern from the white prototype plastic.

It seems to transform since it's headmaster. However I am not sure if it has just a bat mode or a robot/nebulan mode too.

Definitely got fingers crossed for a head that transforms into a robot/nebulan, but these pics don't leave much to speculate with...

The back of the head looks a little light and empty? I don't see much room for robot legs, which would probably be the most complex part of the robot mode, and will probably call for 40-50% of its plastic to support a standing robot with knee joints.

Seems like the rodent face for bat mode is just snapped on top of the robot face?
The three variations in robot heads seems to reflect on the designer trying to incorporate the change from robot face to rodent face.

Personally I would prefer a tiny transformer capable of infiltrating Autobot bases and doing awesome ninja jumps (Transformers Headmasters - Death of Ultra Magnus episode? - left me very confused/saddened as a kid).

Just OOC, does anyone know what's going on with these babies?
I was kinda looking forward to that DarkSol but with no news in roughly a year, when it was at the prototype stage, it doesn't seem encouraging.
