i dont currently have it but i'd have to say g2 laser optimus prime( as a kid i just really loved the playability of prime with his attack base with so many different shooting guns etc 
) , war for cybertron prime ( i dunno something about this figure just screams awesome to me?), energon landmine ( just something about this figure i've always really liked )
