Very surprised to get this package from Chimungmung so soon (delivery time from HK to Syd = 7 days), TW Grind Rod and CHMS Deep Cover!
(Also, some neato freebie Autobot insignias )



Grind Rod did not exhibit any QC issues mentioned in some of the Youtube reviews I found. His hip ball joints were slightly loose in comparison with the rest of the body, but no where near an issue. The other majority of his joints were insanely tight.

Deep Cover's plastic does feel slightly cheap, not the same as the later CHMS Seekers, or perhaps a point below FOC G2 Bruticus. Joints, however were incredibly tight all over, including the ankle ball joints, the door/arm guard swivel, and the rear of the car/knee cap shield ball joints.

I am not convinced he was originally intended to be a foot. He may be made into one later but I don't think that's what the started with.

Oh... my. Suspectimus, he's beautiful! Reminds me of a "What if..." alternate reality scenario. What would G1 Megs have looked like if he had never turned into a gun, but into a car instead? Well, now we have our answer. Nice one, thanks for sharing!
