I just saw that too and was going to post it.
Some context
It used to be easy, busting fake posters because the photoshop was so bad. Now, it’s often only as bad as the real posters.
Below is, purportedly, the first poster for Transformers 4. Cine1 are calling it provisional. Last time that site put out some unexpected posters, in that case for Wreck it Ralph, they turned out to be very real. Indeed, they seem to be quite reputable…
…but are Paramount really having Transformers 4 marketing materials issued already? Perhaps they’re getting the designs drawn up in time for Comic Con.
Evil will burn = Every single Decepticon getting destroyed by Optimus without putting up a fight
Looks fake. Just doesn't fit. Especially when the movie is two years away.
I'm going to take this with a grain of salt but really, it's a 'teaser' poster that gives nothing away so it could be legit or fake - doesn't really matter.

Like others have said, fake or not, it matters little. We know it's happening anyway, so teasers are exactly that, and also mentioned by others, often people are teased with material that don't make the final cut. So even if it is official, that grain of salt will still come in handy. I guess Ratchet fixed Primes arm up nicely though, unless it's an 'inbetween' movie (between 1&2 or 2&3)? Can't really be a prequel because Prime wasn't a truck until half an hour or so into Movie 1. The overall feel and caption seems a lil' sinister for ol' Prime, but then again, many franchises beginning 'safe' gradually get darker as their young audiences mature (Harry Potter for example).
2 cents spent.
