Default Bayverse Movies - G1 style

Ever wondered what Michael Bay's movies would look like if done w/ G1 characters? I'm in the process of just quickly sketching up a textless visual comic narrating some of the key moments of the movies but w/ G1 characters. I'm not going to draw every single scene or frame, just some select moments that basically summarises the main gist of what happens in the stories. Yes, the drawings are quite rushed and messy -- like I said, they're just quick sketches. But please enjoy.

Starting off w/ the 2007 film...

#01: The scene in the Middle East where Blackout flies into the U.S. Air Force base and causes havoc.

Here I've obviously used G1 Blackout and Space Shot in jet mode, but took some creative licensing in having their combined jet mode only transform into Blackout.
Easter Egg: If you look at the monitor in the control tower, you can see Space Shot's head ;p

#02: Boy gets car. Boy meets girl. Frenzy kicks some tailgate.

Yep, I've replaced Sam with Spike and Ron with Sparkplug. They will always be wearing those same clothes (and hard hats) throughout the entire story to maintain that G1 authenticity! (cos ya know, they have nothing else in their wardrobes ) I've also replaced Mikaela with Jessie -- saving Carly for DotM of course. Also you'll notice that I tend to colour anything that's meant to be black in black (e.g. tyres) -- note the lack of any blackness on Frenzy... cos he's blue! [movie Frenzy had blue eyes, so there ]) I've also intentionally exaggerated the design of the Air Force One's computer so that it looks huge and scifiy... much like so many computers that we saw in G1! You can just imagine the entire room covered in orange or purple metal panels. There's something else that I should've done in hindsight to make it more G1, but I'll save that for a later scene...
Easter Egg: The other cars in the car lot are = movieverse Bumblebee (getting smacked instead of the VW Beetle), and in the mid-ground from L-R: Wildrider, Beachcomber, Bluestreak, Cliffjumper, Outback (w/o cannon - though I guess it looks the same as Brawn in b&w ;p)

'Rushed and messy'... bah, you're being modest. That's some of your best work right there. Looking forward to seeing more. Well done!

Wasn't G1 Blackout a micromaster? You sure took creative licensing in the size department too hehehe. BUt then, it wouldn't be G1 if there was no sizing discrepancies Lol. More Gok. ... I can't wait til you get to the second movie, to see a giant tapedeck in space orbiting the earth
