If that's the car they're going to use for Wildrider, then I really hope they somehow use a shiny black plastic instead of FP's signature matte finish plastic (as consistently used in all their releases minus the not-Insecticons) That would be the icing on the cake for me, however of course I'm still all over this set even if they don't

Matte black cars in real life are the hottest looking cars getting around. I would be happy to have Wildrider in matte. There is an R35 getting around Wollongong and OMG So if they are not shiny, I won't mind.

I don't think a shiny Wildrider would work, he would stick out to much n combined mode. Unless they were all shiny, but I'm not sure I want to see a shiny Motormaster.

That black car reminds me of Scamper, good choice for a TF toy though, who needs paint aps?

If FP are apparently aiming for a October release for Assaulter, did anyone hear when the preorders will be up? It must be soon.

And I wonder if they'll slug us with the $50 flat shipping for up to 3 items same as the did with Stellcore?

That flat shipping fee would not be too bad if we can get the full set for that one-off cost - $200 for Dragstrip, Dead End, Wildrider and Breakdown + $50-75 for Motormaster + $100 shipping (or at least that's the hit I've prepared myself for). Still beats the $65 + shipping that RK was asking for FP Insecticons. Probably won't happen straight away though, as they'll likely be releasing one or two figs at a time. Hopefully when they release a 5 piece boxset it will be at a more attractive price not too far down the track.

WHAT! .How is someone suposed to get ahead in life? I don't even own any of the combiners and now they're going to be doing the Headmasters already!! and you know i'm going to need to get all of them. Where is all this money meant to be coming from?

@ Trent.I Couldn't agree more with you. I remember back in the day we had an old XD falcon for sale. Sure, It had a few dents and scratches, but after applying 8 spray cans of matt black from Auto 1 she came up looking like 100 bucks. I sold it later that week for 250 big ones (that's AUD my friend) money in the bank.
But seriously, matt is tough ATM IMO

Wasnt allowed to picture it unfortunately - otherwise I would have! In all fairness Fort Max is still in development stage so no prototype just yet!
