I think it's a lucky draw, possibly a WonderFest exclusive... Otherwise they look a little questionable apart from Unicron of whom I know to be an exclusive.

I actually came across one of these at "Toys Golden Age" in Akihabara at the beginning of the year. It was loose and they were asking about 8-9000yen. Definitely regret not picking it up!
