    Default Customising: Generations Malboor Wheeljack

Has anyone successfully customised Generations Wheeljack into a Malboor Wheeljack?

Edit: This recent obsession started here.

I have. Auto Assembly 2012 (in the UK) had an exclusive Marlboor head. I made a cast of it and painted it with clear blue paint to give him Wheeljack-style "ears."

Those photos look awesome! I missed out on the Auto Assembly non-attendee package.

Would you know if its still possible to get a hold of that head mould anywhere else?

    Thanks very much!

I don't think it's available anywhere else at the moment. The head was printed with a 3D printer so it might be available on Shapeways?

Would you mind telling me the product title it was saved under?

I've had a go at the following search queries but have not found anything that matches Marlboor Wheeljack's head mould:
Transformers, Marlboor, Marboro, Wheeljack, Diaclone, Custom, Wheel Jack, Marljack, Marjack, Warewullf...

However there's an incredible amount of talent on Shapeways - that Chromedome head for the old Sideswipe mould looks like fun for a possible future project

Oh, I don't even know if it is on there. It was advertised as an exclusive so it might not be for sale. The guy/company who did it was "Calloway" so you could try that.

That's a great idea. I have to try doing this one day. That head sculpt is very nice.

My misunderstanding, I originally thought you had designed/produced the mould through Shapeways

I've done the background readings and seems like the Calloway head will be a lot further out of reach :

Silver sets are now sold out, however due to a few people who reserved the sets and have failed to pay the invoice sent out, we have five Gold sets available again.

Basic unpainted sets will be available at the convention in limited quantities.

To clarify a few points to avoid confusion...
Kapow Toys' sponsored this set in so far as they provided a quantity of Wheeljack figures at wholesale prices in exchange for including their name on the promotional materials and packaging.
Auto Assembly's involvement with this set begins and ends with them being kind enough to let us organise this set, we thank them for giving us a chance to do something special for 2012 and we hope to be in a position to do something bigger and better in 2013.
Calloway Customs involvement is that they were kind enough to provide us with a unique head mold which will not be available to the public outside of the convention.
The people behind the organisation of the sets, invoicing and distribution is Sensible Collectibles, represented by myself. I have traded at AA for four years, and sold on ebay for 13 years as well as at various shows up and down the country and on various sales / trade forums. I can be contacted at beckettsid@hotmail.com with any questions about this add-on set. Thanks.

Also can't find anything on eBay. Oh well, it seems like once again I'll have to settle to enjoy this unique figure vicariously through the kindly people that share their photos
