Yeah, but it's often easier to do it through the computer as it just limits/eliminates confusion in the long run.

That's a harsh death for Sunstorm there hehehe keep em coming. Play with lines Bidoofdude. Thicker for outer outline of the figure and then thinner for the inner detailing lines. For shadowing effect - imagine where your light is coming from and keep that in mind when putting black color shadowing on the figure to give it that 3d depth effect. You can also create depth bnot just with shadows but making the main character colors go darker to denote its in the shade. Keep it up!
