The good thing about retail not mentioned is if your not happy with you toy, you can refund it. You can even ask at the service counter to inspect the replacement if they have one.

You can't do that if you buy mail order, my MP-04 is fine and the few others I’ve seen out of the box were fine too. I really haven't seen anything to make me believe we're getting some type of inferior MP-04.
