Rainbow's - "Catch The Rainbow" from the album, Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow.

Going by the past batch of posts, I seemingly must listen to music a lot more than most.

Some great tracks there Hursty. Listening to Cowboys, you can hear rheir roots of Power Metal. Personally on of my favourite songs is Floods. Has one of Dime's greatest solos in it. Stempy actually played that solo during our first gig.

Currently I'm listening to Manowar's Dark Avenger. The riff at the beginning is just awesome in its chunkiness. Wish I got into these guys earlier. Their early stuff may contain more cheese than Switzerland, some really great music.

Spent my Aussie Day at the Big Day Out. Primus rocked hard, so did Violent Soho, Beady Eye (Liam Gallagher's new band) were crap, except for when they played Oasis's Morning Glory which actually rocked.

And what can i say about Pearl Jam? They're the only reason i went to the BDO and they played as if it was their first gig. They rocked hard, swinging from the lights, trashing equipment, and played for just under 3 hours. Well worth it, and i was only 4 deep from the front.
