I'm so glad I waited for the hasbro release, now just have to keep an ear to the ground for his release as I agree that he will move very fast of the shelves.

the torture of others sparks is music to my sensors!!!

considering that getting the 4 takara cassettes cost $100 + shipping, it'll actually be cheaper just to get the hasbro version O_O

so I'm looking forward to the cassette comparisons now.

my laserbeak's left fin wont rotate to the up position -> |
but instead can only go 45 degrees -> /

I have no idea what to do about it, but i know that if i try to force it, it'll break.
there's no chance I can get a replacement is there?

Unbelievable!! If they don't stock these well my rage is going to be set to maximum. This makes it even more attractive even to those who have already bought the Takara version.

    hopefully, no reservations at TRU
otherwise, it'll be first caller basis just like with MP-10

Not for me There's no denying the value in the Hasbro release but as I've said before, aside from Laserbeak, the cassettes hold no interest for me as I consider them to be inferior when compared to the original G1 toys. Heck, even Generations Ravage is better than the MP Ravage.

Well I'm glad to read of the vindication for Griffin & Macky personally, even though many in the wider TF international community consider the news to be a confirmation of a rumour (Coz you know, corroborating primary sources that aren't North American can't be trusted ).

MORE so though I'm happy for all those who decided to wait in hope for an eventual Hasbro version, I'm glad you will be able to get the whole kit & caboodle in one foul swoop + in pretty packaging!
I don't regret my Takara purchases in the slightest & will be looking forward to having All 5 cassettes by the time the Hasbro Giftset finally arrives in June.

I'm glad I bought the Tak/Tom version as it means I won't be chasing my own tail looking for this on the shelf. I hope they have plenty of stock for people wanting this item

Gah!! There's no point in me cancelling my TakTOM Cassette preorders since I've already gotten Soundwave... great news for locals who didn't get TakTOM MP Soundwave though.

    Good move, Hasbro.
