Yeah will be getting shockwave not sure about Magnus. Still don't have the last version of him yet. Must be getting old im slipping and can't keep up.

I can see Shockwave's Beast Armour being thrown away with the packaging. Still very much an anticipated figure. I don't see the need for that Magnus as I have the first one.

Yeah, the first Voyager Ultra Magnus is currently being shipped to me from BBTS, and I couldn't really see the point of getting another TFPrime Magnus which is simply a redo of an Optimus toy, unless I was pit-bent on having every Magnus toy ever.

Can't wait for Shockwave, though I agree with Tallestblue that his orange armour looks rediculous, maybe if he was heading to the Cybertronian equivalent of a halloween party he would wear it

*nods* It seems that Hasbro realised that having non-removable armour with the early BH figures wasn't such a good idea. This shows that Hasbro's willing to improve on their own efforts, which is a really positive sign and I hope this standard will filter through to Generations and other lines.

I thought they were just being smart and making sure that new figures were available without the spikes, improving their range of appeal. As far as I've noticed, all the ones with fixed spikes have already been released in a clean version.

I'm still yet to see any footage of non-beast characters with spikes in the previews for the coming season. This is smart design and marketing on Hasbro/Takaras behalf.

totally stoked for Shockwave, Magnus is a remold of a mold I had no interest in to start with and like others I have the current voyager Magnus in a POL at BBTS.

Okay, so this is going against the grain, but I'm really not a fan of this Shockwave. Don't get me wrong, usually any Shockwave is bought on sight for me. I guess a combination of the rubbish paint apps of late, the "Shockwave transforms into nothing" mentality and the over-simplistic conversion has gotten me down. He lies down on his back, folds his arms and spreads his legs for crying out loud!

On the other hand, I'm really digging Magnus. I think it's the shoulder cannons that do it for me

Looks like Wave 2 Shockwave may have now been released in Asia, as images have surfaced from someone who's obtained one.

Hopefully it's gonna be 3rd partied hehehehe Im very happy and content with my AM MAgnus, love that his minicon is the hammer!

Yeah, I was pretty disappointed with the size of Shockwave from FOC. Besides my Robot Heroes and Kreon he's the smallest in my ShW collection
